Father and Two Young Sons Vanish in Growing Police Manhunt
Michael John Cole, 43, has disappeared along with his two young sons, sparking a frantic police search. The boys, Michael Lee Cole, 8, and Harry Cole, 7, were reported missing on Monday, 2 October.

Police Issue Urgent Appeal
Supt. Shaun Virtue of Thames Valley Police said:
“A substantial investigation is underway since the initial report. We’ve now secured a court order allowing us to name those involved, and I urge anyone who knows where Michael John Cole or his sons are to come forward immediately.”
He added:
“We do not believe Michael John is an immediate threat to his sons, but we are concerned about their long-term welfare – especially their access to education and healthcare.”
Where Could They Be?
Michael John Cole hails from Arborfield but has strong links across Berkshire, including Bracknell, Wokingham, and Reading. Police also say he may have connections in Basingstoke (Hampshire), Ludlow and Shrewsbury (Shropshire), plus Bridgend and Newport in Wales.
