Police Storm House After Hour-Long Standoff
Officers were called at 12.40pm on Saturday following reports of a “disturbance.” They arrived with a trained negotiator and cordoned off the street, ordering locals to stay inside. After an intense hour-long standoff, chaos broke out when cops forced their way through the front door.

Serious Injuries and Forensics Investigation Underway

One terrified neighbour described the atmosphere as “chilling” and revealed how she was forced to stay inside her house while her husband and two daughters were stuck outside, unable to return during the police operation.
Kent Police Respond Amid Ongoing Enquiries
Kent Police was called to a report of a disturbance at a property in Priory Road, Dartford at 12.40pm on Saturday 6 May 2023,” said a spokesperson.
“A man and a woman suffered serious injuries consistent with gunshot wounds and were taken to a London hospital where they remain in serious condition. Police are treating this as an isolated incident and are not seeking anyone else in connection with it.”
“Patrols remain in the area while enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances.”
A mandatory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to police presence at the time of the injuries.
