Woman Assaulted and Robbed at Portsmouth Bus Stop
Police are hunting witnesses after a robbery in Portsmouth on Monday night, November 11. Just before 8pm, a woman waiting at a bus stop on Edinburgh Road was attacked. Thugs made off with her gold-framed Apple Watch, which had a pink strap.
Youth Gang Targeted Woman After She Stepped In
The victim had bravely intervened when she spotted a gang of six to eight boys harassing someone nearby. The youths were described as white males aged 12 to 14, between 5ft 4ins and 5ft 8ins tall, all wearing dark jackets.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
Officers want to trace anyone who saw a group of boys around 1 Road at the time, especially the person who was being harassed just before the robbery.
