Motorbike Crash in Southampton Leaves Rider Fighting for Life
Hampshire police are urgently hunting witnesses after a serious smash between a motorbike and a Ford Transit van on Howard Road, Southampton, early this morning (Aug 31).
Life-Threatening Injuries
The biker, a 35-year-old from Fair Oak, suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to Southampton General Hospital. The van driver, aged 49, walked away unscathed.
Witnesses Needed
Officers from Totton’s Road Policing Unit want to hear from anyone who saw the crash or spotted either vehicle beforehand. The collision took place near the Addenro House Hotel forecourt.
