Disturbing Incident Rocks Quiet Neighbourhood
Police are hunting a man who allegedly exposed himself to a young girl in Sevenoaks. The shocking encounter happened just after 8am on Tuesday, 18 April 2023, in a wooded area near Hillingdon Avenue, close to The Crescent junction. The child was walking to school alone when the suspect reportedly stripped part of his clothing and committed an indecent act.
Police Describe Suspect in Detailed Appeal
The suspect is described as a slim Asian man, about 5ft 7in tall, and around 40 years old. Witnesses say he had a long face, dark short hair, thick eyebrows, and notably hairy arms. At the time, he wore beige knee-length cargo shorts and a light purple marble or tie-dye t-shirt.
Neighbours Urged to Check CCTV and Doorbell Footage
Officers have already started door-to-door inquiries and are urging locals to review any security or doorbell camera footage from the morning of the attack. Any footage or information could prove crucial to tracking down the suspect and protecting the community.
