Man Sought After River Kelvin Incident
Police are hunting a man caught on camera near the River Kelvin, behind Garscube Sports Complex, following an incident around 3pm on Thursday, 28 April 2022.
Who Is This Mystery Man?
The suspect is described as a white male, medium build, aged between 50 and 60. He stands about 5ft 6in tall with slightly grey hair. At the time, he wore dark slacks, a white T-shirt, a light fishing gilet, and a pale bucket hat.
