Three-Car Smash Closes Brookwood Lye Road in Woking

A major crash involving three vehicles has shut Brookwood Lye Road in Woking this morning (Saturday, November 4) just after 10am.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

The collision, involving a Vauxhall, Nissan, and Toyota, prompted a swift response. Surrey Fire and Rescue dispatched two fire engines from Woking and Guildford. Firefighters used specialist cutting gear to free one trapped driver.

South East Coast Ambulance sent two rapid response paramedics and three ambulances to the scene. Meanwhile, Surrey Roads Policing officers have enforced full road closures at both ends of Brookwood Lye Road.

Road Closures and Diversions in Place

A local diversion is now set up for private cars. Large goods vehicles are warned to check height restrictions before using nearby routes.

Police say the road will remain closed for several hours while collision investigators work on the scene.
