Police Hunt for Missing 71-Year-Old Woman from Hertfordshire
Met detectives are on the case after 71-year-old Louise Kam vanished without a trace. The Chinese woman, who lives in Potters Bar, was last spotted near Barnet’s Spires Shopping Centre at 12:30pm on Monday, 26 July.

Louise was driving a black BMW 3 Series convertible (reg: LM11 ECJ). Police believe she drove from Borehamwood to Barnet before heading to Willesden High Road on the afternoon she disappeared. The car was recovered in north-west London on 28 July, but officers want to hear from anyone who spotted it earlier that week.
Two Men Arrested, Investigation Ongoing
Two men have been arrested and remain in custody as inquiries continue urgently.
“Louise’s disappearance is entirely out of character. Her family – especially her two sons – are extremely worried,” said Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie. “We are increasingly concerned for her safety. Anyone with information must get in touch immediately.”
