Two Men Held After Fatal Maidstone Assault
Detectives have arrested two men following a deadly attack in Maidstone that left a man in his 50s with fatal injuries.
Victim Flown to London but Dies
Police rushed to Bower Place, Maidstone at 6.38pm on Friday, 31 July 2020 after reports of a violent assault. The victim was airlifted to a London hospital but sadly died from his injuries.
Murder Probe Underway
Detective Chief Inspector Ivan Beasley confirmed that officers from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have launched a murder investigation. Two men in their 30s were arrested that same evening and remain in police custody.
