Firefighters rushed to a suspected arson at the public toilet block on New Road Lake, Isle of Wight. Vandals set fire to paper towels inside, sparking a blaze that needed a high-pressure hose to douse.

A crew from Isle of Wight 1 service based in Shanklin was called out just after 7pm on Tuesday. Two firefighters, equipped with breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet, swiftly tackled the flames.

No Injuries Reported

Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident. Police are now hunting for suspects responsible for the mindless arson attack.
