Van slows down and flashes two teenage girls
On January 12, 2023, at around 3.30pm, a white van driver reportedly slowed beside two teenage girls on Hever Avenue, West Kingsdown. The man then committed an indecent act before reversing and driving past the victims again.
Police release suspect description
The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid-20s, with dark brown short hair and a short beard. Investigators are keen to hear from anyone who saw the van or has any info.
Cops call for CCTV and dashcam footage
“We have been making enquiries into this incident and are appealing for any witnesses to contact us,” said PC Bethany Main.
“Residents with private CCTV and drivers with dashcams are urged to check their footage to help our investigation.”
