“We are growing increasingly worried for Fred’s safety,” said a Kent Police spokesperson. “Everyone on the Isle of Sheppey, please keep eyes peeled. If you spot Fred or have info, contact us immediately.”
Given Fred’s age and chilly weather, police have declared this a high priority search.
