Missing Woman Vanishes from Eastbourne Hospital
Police are urgently searching for Tanya Leister, 42, who disappeared from Eastbourne District General Hospital on Wednesday evening (October 14).
Previously Found, Now Missing Again
Tanya, who is vulnerable, was first reported missing on Monday night (October 12). She was later found safe and admitted to hospital for care. But she has now left the hospital and is believed to be in the Hastings area.

- Build: Slim
- Height: 5’ 2”
- Hair: Dark red, shoulder-length
- Distinctive tattoos on hands and left wrist
- Ethnicity: White

Police urge anyone who spots Tanya to call 999 immediately, quoting incident number 986 of 14/10. Keep your eyes peeled – she needs help.
