A terrifying collision near Gayle’s Farm has closed part of the A259 in East Sussex. The road will stay shut overnight as police carry out a full investigation.
Emergency Crews Rush to Horror Crash
Late on Saturday evening, firefighters from East Sussex Fire and Rescue swung into action. Sussex Roads Policing officers, an air ambulance, and a specialist HART paramedic team from South East Coast Ambulance were also dispatched to the scene close to the farm entrance near Seaford.
Specialist Police Investigators Lead Probe
Sussex Police’s Collision Investigation Unit is tackling the complex case. They have confirmed the road closure will remain in place until the early hours of Sunday morning while they piece together what happened.
