Early Morning Chaos on Route 2 Bus
At just 6.50am on Sunday, 9 August, chaos erupted on a Route 2 bus in Upper Tulse Hill, SW2. A man was chased off the bus at stop J after a passenger challenged him for not paying his fare. Armed with a meat cleaver, the suspect made threats but thankfully, no one was injured.
Same Man Strikes Again at Elephant and Castle
Less than an hour later, at 7.45am, the same suspect caused havoc at bus stop P in Elephant and Castle, SE1. He threatened several bystanders and hurled homophobic abuse before hopping on a Route 196 bus.
Police Seek Public Help to ID Knife-Wielding Aggressor
Authorities have released CCTV footage and are desperate to track down this dangerous individual. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Roads and Transport Policing Command on 101, quoting reference Cad 2611/09Aug.
