Police are urgently searching for 36-year-old James Telford from Portsmouth. He was last spotted just after 9am this Saturday, April 15, at St James’ Hospital on Locksway Road.

Hospital staff are deeply concerned for James’ welfare. He relies on regular medication to manage his health and has not been seen since the morning.

- Beige and blue jacket
- Grey hooded top underneath
- Blue tracksuit bottoms with a single white stripe down each leg
James is described as medium build, around 5ft 8ins tall, with dark hair.
