Urgent Search Launched for Missing Kent Girls Last Seen on Train

Police in Kent are desperate for help to find two missing girls from Herne Bay. Abigail Burt, 14, and Olivia Porter, 11, disappeared after boarding a train heading to London Victoria.

The pair were spotted at Herne Bay railway station around 5.20pm on Friday, February 23, 2024. They caught a train bound for London Victoria but may have got off at an earlier stop.

Description and Possible Destinations

  • Abigail Burt: Around 5ft 6ins tall, light brown hair tied in a bun.
  • Olivia Porter: About 5ft 7ins, dark brown hair in a ponytail.
  • Both were dressed alike in black leggings, black tops, black trainers, and black coats with fur-lined hoods.

Authorities fear the girls may have headed to London, possibly the Carshalton or Sutton areas in South London, or Horsham in West Sussex.
