Woman Airlifted After Cycling Off Cliff Edge in Kent
A woman was seriously injured this afternoon after cycling off a cliff in Kent.
Dramatic Cliff Fall at Joss Bay
The incident happened around 1:15pm near Joss Bay, close to the North Foreland Lighthouse. Eyewitnesses say the woman was riding a pushbike when she plunged over the cliff edge.
Serious Injuries and Emergency Airlift
Rescue teams airlifted the casualty from the scene. She is now en route to a London hospital with serious injuries following the fall.
