Police have charged two more people as part of Operation Fortress after executing 26 warrants across Southampton, Liverpool and London on Tuesday, April 26.
Officer have now charged a total of 15 people from Southampton and London with offences relating to possession and supply of class A drugs in the city.
Last night (April 27), officers charged a 17-year-old boy from London with conspiracy to supply heroin and possession of a bladed article.
Hassan Sheikh, aged 24, from Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton has been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin, conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and two counts of money laundering. He will appear at Southampton Crown Court on May 27.
Operation Fortress is a campaign that aims to protect vulnerable people from drug-related harm and shield communities from drug-related activity.
