Emergency services have been called to the Mayflower Marina on Richmond Walk in Plymouth this evening.
It follows reports of a boat explosion with persons screaming for help after being blown off the boat into the water at just after 9pm on Tuesday evening.
A number of bystanders say a boat is on fire in the marina.
The injuries to those involved is unknown at this time.
