Horrific Unprovoked Attack on Mother in County Down Park
A mother was brutally punched multiple times by a man while walking with her child in a buggy through Ward Park, County Down.
Blows to the Head During Family Outing
The 36-year-old victim was enjoying a stroll with friends and their children on Friday afternoon when an unknown male suddenly struck her from behind, hitting her on the back of the head.
She collapsed to the ground, but the attacker kept punching her before fleeing the scene.
Serious Injuries and Ongoing Police Hunt
The woman sustained injuries to her head, back, and shoulders.
Police have launched an investigation into the unprovoked assault. They describe the suspect as around six feet tall, wearing a face covering, black baseball cap, grey trousers, and a black t-shirt.
