Two Men Charged with Attempted Murder After Tandridge Crash

Two men have been charged with attempted murder following a crash in Tandridge, Surrey. The smash, involving a moped and a car, happened on Godstone Road near Whyteleafe Tavern around 12:30pm on March 9.

Harvey Manley and Fabion Parnell Remanded in Custody

Harvey Manley, 21, from Croydon, and Fabion Parnell, 25, from Coulsdon, were arrested shortly after the incident and are now facing serious charges. Both remain in custody. Manley is charged with attempted murder and affray, while Parnell faces attempted murder and driving while disqualified.

Third Man Also Held Over Affray

Machas Tuzizila, 27, also from Croydon, has been charged with affray and is currently remanded in custody. His involvement links to the violent aftermath of the collision.

Police Appeal for Witnesses as Investigation Continues

Surrey Police had urged the public for witnesses to come forward, highlighting the gravity of the violent confrontation following the crash. All three accused are due to appear at Guildford Crown Court on dates to be confirmed. Investigations are ongoing, with officers urging anyone with information to get in touch.
