Man Stabbed to Death in Broad Daylight at Paragon Place
Police rushed to Paragon Place at 6:44pm on Friday, 2 August 2024, following reports of a stabbing. Despite emergency services’ frantic efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Crime Scene Locked Down as Hunt for Suspect Intensifies

Detective Superintendent Dave Freeman said: “We understand this is a deeply concerning incident and we are working hard to locate the suspect.”
“A number of police resources have been deployed to the scene. We are in the early stages of enquiries to uncover the full circumstances.”
“At this time, I do not believe there is any wider risk to the public.”
“This happened in daylight hours with people around. We urge anyone who witnessed the attack or saw anything suspicious to contact police immediately.”
