A jury has retired to decide the fate of five men accused of offences linked to the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Neo Graham in Wolverhampton.

Tragic Daylight Shooting on Eastfield Road

Neo Graham was standing with friends on the pavement when a bullet struck him on Eastfield Road, near Old Heath Road, Eastfields, on March 4, 2025. He died instantly at the scene. The alleged gunman, Israel May, fled the country and remains at large.

Five Men on Trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court

  • Koketso Ximba, 23, Deric Da Silva Ferreira, 20, and Fabio Bandarrinha, 21, all deny murder charges.
  • Aaron Osei, 23, and Elie May, 25, deny assisting an offender.

Elie May has admitted to possession of a firearm and crack cocaine earlier in the trial.

Gun, Drugs, and Cash Seized in Police Stop

Police seized a firearm, ammunition, over £10,000 in cash, more than 300 wraps of crack cocaine, and heroin from a Nissan Juke carrying some of the defendants. The vehicle was stopped on March 5 last year. The remaining defendants deny charges including possession of a firearm without a certificate, possession with intent to supply drugs, and possession of criminal property. The jury began deliberations on Wednesday afternoon, bringing the trial one step closer to conclusion.
