West Yorkshire Police have launched a frantic manhunt for two suspects following a shocking stabbing inside a Dewsbury bookmaker’s shop.
Victim Rushed to Hospital
The attack happened at around 1:50pm on Friday, April 3, inside a betting shop on Foundry Street. A man was seriously injured and rushed to the hospital.
Police Hunt Nicholas Wood and Jasmine Briggs
Officers are searching for 38-year-old Nicholas Wood, linked to Huddersfield and Wakefield, and 23-year-old Jasmine Briggs. Both are wanted on suspicion of causing serious bodily harm.
Suspect Descriptions Released
- Nicholas Wood: Slim build, short brown hair. Last seen wearing a light grey jumper and joggers, plus a black cap.
- Jasmine Briggs: White female, around 5ft 1in tall, slim, with dark brown shoulder-length hair. Last spotted in a black jumper and trousers. She is believed to have connections across Huddersfield, Wakefield, Bridlington, Driffield, and Hull.
