Man Fatally Stabbed at NW6 Home in Shocking Morning Attack

Police and emergency crews were scrambled early Tuesday morning after a brutal stabbing at a residential address in London’s NW6.

Tragic Scene at Gable Lodge

Just before 10am on 20 December, officers, London’s Air Ambulance, and the London Ambulance Service responded to reports of a stabbing at Gable Lodge, Mowbray Road. There, they found 44-year-old Andre Foster, aka Andre Jacks, suffering from stab wounds.

Despite frantic efforts by medics, Andre was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed and is receiving specialist support.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Urge Public to Speak Up

Detective Chief Inspector Linda Bradley, leading the probe, appealed directly to anyone who was at the property or saw anyone leaving in a hurry:

“Andre’s family has been devastated by this senseless act of violence. Our thoughts are with them at this sad time.

“We believe some witnesses left before officers arrived. These people can hold vital clues. I urge them to come forward immediately.”

“If you saw someone rushing from Gable Lodge or know who is responsible, please do the right thing and contact us.”

Community on Edge as Police Increase Patrols

Superintendent Neil Holyoak of the Met’s North West Command said:

“This horrific incident has shocked the community as much as it has shocked us.

“In the coming days, officers and partners will be stepping up patrols in the area to reassure residents. We encourage anyone with concerns to approach police.”

“We thank locals for their patience whilst the scene is processed and continue to appeal for any information.”
