Woman Stabbed to Death in Burnt Oak Shocker
Police raced to Burnt Oak Broadway at 11:50am on Thursday, 9 May after reports of a stabbing. Emergency services, including London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene.
A woman, whose identity has not been released, was found with stab wounds. Despite the heroic efforts of paramedics and police, she tragically died at the scene.
Homicide Unit Takes Over Investigation
The 123 Command Unit, responsible for policing Edgware, confirmed the case is being handled by a specialist team of homicide detectives. They vowed to track down and arrest the attacker.
“I understand the shock and concern this very sad incident will cause. It will be thoroughly investigated by experienced homicide detectives,” said a spokesperson.
