Terrifying Attack in Edmonton: Man Doused with Unknown Substance
A 21-year-old man had a substance flung in his face while sitting in his car last night in Edmonton. The shocking incident happened on Chequers Way at the junction with Tottenham Road, N13, just before midnight.
Victim Speaks Out to Police
Officers on patrol were stopped by the victim, who told them a vehicle pulled up alongside his car. One of the passengers then hurled a mysterious liquid into his face. The man was rushed to hospital, but thankfully his injuries are not life-threatening.
Investigation Underway
The Met Police are still trying to identify the substance used in the attack. Enquiries continue as they hunt down the culprits.
