Teen Stabbed in Shocking Ollerton Street Brawl
Police rushed to a house in The Markhams, Ollerton, at 1.30pm on Wednesday after reports of a violent altercation.
19-Year-Old Hospitalised with Multiple Stab Wounds
Officers found a 19-year-old man inside the property suffering from several stab wounds to his chest and shoulder. He was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Five Arrested After Fight Spills into Streets
The drama reportedly started inside the home before spilling out onto the street. Four men aged 18, 19, 21 and 22, along with an 18-year-old woman, were arrested on suspicion of affray.
Police Appeal for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Detective Inspector Andy Hall said: “This was a nasty assault that has left a young man in hospital with serious injuries. This was a distressing but isolated incident and I would like to reassure people that there is no threat to the wider public and we are not looking for anyone else in connection with this incident.
“The level of violence showcased is completely unacceptable and has absolutely no place in our communities. While multiple arrests have been made, we are still investigating all lines of inquiry and urge anyone who knows what happened to come forward.
