Van Driver Killed in Horrific Lorry Smash on M6

A man in his forties died this morning after a serious collision between his van and a lorry on the M6 northbound. The crash happened around 10:45am between Junction 10 (Walsall) and Junction 11 (A460).

Driver Pronounced Dead at Scene

Emergency crews rushed to the scene, but sadly could not save the van driver, who was pronounced dead at the spot. Police have not released his identity yet. Recovery work is underway, and the road remains closed between Junction 10 and Junction 11.

Massive Delays Expected

Motorists are facing long queues, with delays topping 40 minutes on the approach. Authorities have no estimate on when the motorway will reopen, urging drivers to find alternate routes.
