Massive House Fire Rips Through Brentford

Emergency services rushed to a huge blaze in Brentford this evening after reports of an explosion. Firefighters are battling a “significant house fire” on Tunstall Walk, with multiple people feared missing.

Sixty Firefighters Battle Blaze

At least eight fire engines and sixty firefighters from the London Fire Brigade are tackling the raging flames. An aerial platform is also in use to reach the upper levels of the property.

The incident has been declared critical, with several residents currently unaccounted for.

Paramedics and Police Also on Scene

The London Ambulance Service deployed their specialist “HART” team to provide urgent medical support to multiple casualties. Police are also at the scene investigating the cause of the explosion.

The LFB was first alerted at around 4:20pm on Sunday. Both the fire brigade, ambulance service, and Met Police have been contacted for comment.
