The UK’s National Crime Agency tracked Nicholas’s location and teamed up with Thai law enforcement. A Thai court issued a warrant on December 3, 2025, leading to his arrest on December 26.

“This arrest shows the strength of international police cooperation in catching violent crime suspects,” officials said.

Nicholas denies all charges but is now locked up, waiting extradition to Britain where he faces justice. UK and Thai authorities vow to bring the suspect to trial without delay.
