Vincent Chan, 45, from Stanhope Avenue, Finchley, was charged on Friday, 16 January, with nine counts of taking indecent or pseudo-photos of children — including the most serious category A offences — plus six counts of outraging public decency.
All nine girls involved are underage victims, making these fresh charges even more damning.
