Emergency Crews Rush to Folkestone Industrial Estate

Paramedics and specialist HART teams from the South East Coast Ambulance Service swung into action on Saturday morning. Rapid response officers from Kent, Sussex, and Surrey air units were scrambled after a serious incident at Folkestone’s Highfield Industrial Estate around 10:30 a.m.

Air Ambulance Lands on Closed Road

Archers Road was shut down to allow the KSS air ambulance to land safely. Flying doctors quickly stabilised the injured individual at the scene. The patient was then carefully packaged and prepared for air transfer.

Serious Injuries, Rushed to King’s College Hospital

The critically injured person was airlifted to King’s College Hospital in London for urgent treatment. Kent Police and the ambulance service have been contacted for statements regarding the incident.
