A chilling incident unfolded at around 3.40pm on Thursday, 18 March, at the Trinity Road car park in Southampton, located between St. Mary’s Road and St. Andrew’s Road.
Woman Confronts Man Exposing Himself in Underpass
A woman walking through the underpass beneath St. Andrew’s Road spotted a man exposing himself. The man then brazenly followed her to her car and tried to get inside. Thankfully, she managed to drive away safely.
Police Arrest 12-Year-Old Boy Over Multiple Sexual Offences
Police quickly acted, arresting a 12-year-old boy from Southampton on suspicion of indecent exposure and a public order offence linked to the attack. He is also being questioned over three separate sexual assault offences and two additional indecent exposure cases.
The boy has since been questioned and released on police bail with strict conditions as inquiries continue.
