- Child: 18-month-old boy, pale skin, blonde hair, rosy cheeks. Last seen in a thick red snowsuit and blue Wellington boots.
- Woman: Teen, slim, about 5ft tall, messy blonde hair, blue eyes, with a northern accent.
- Man: Late teens or early 20s, at least 6ft tall, wearing black tracksuit with scarf covering half his face.
