A car overturned on the A260 Canterbury Road near Folkestone at around 6:40am on October 18, causing major traffic mayhem. Emergency teams, including police and paramedics, raced to the scene to deal with the crash.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Kent Police was called to a one-vehicle collision on the A260 Canterbury Road, Folkestone, at 6:40 am on Friday, October 18. Officers are currently at the scene working to clear the road.”

One Injured Taken to William Harvey Hospital

South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) treated one person at the scene before rushing them to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for further treatment. A SECAmb spokesperson confirmed: “Crews assessed and treated one person at the scene before taking them to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment.”
