Motorbike Crash Near Herstmonceux Leaves Rider Seriously Injured
A motorcycle and car collided on the A271 near Herstmonceux on Monday evening, April 18.
Crash Details
The crash happened at around 8.20pm on Hailsham Road, between the junctions with Old Road and Under Road.
Rider Hospitalised After Serious Injuries
The 48-year-old motorcyclist was seriously hurt and rushed to Royal Sussex County Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Sussex Police are urging anyone who saw the collision or has footage of the vehicles in the area to come forward. Contact them online or call 101, quoting Operation Jackdaw.
