Fire Service Confirms Arson
East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service (ESFRS) is treating a recent grass fire above Marine Parade in Hastings as deliberate. They were called to the scene at 2:37pm on 19 April 2023 following reports of a blaze on the cliffs.

Two fire engines rushed to the hilltop and swiftly extinguished the flames. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
