Chemical spill closes major link from the M3 motorway

A suspected chemical spill has closed a number of roads in Surrey including Junction 3 of the M3. People in Lightwater have been told to keep their doors and windows closed as police deal with the incident in the Farm Lane area. The A322 is closed in both directions.
