£500k Cannabis Haul Busted in Angmering
Sussex Police’s West Sussex Tactical Enforcement Unit (TEU) struck big with a daytime raid near Roundstone Lane, Angmering, on Monday at 11.30am.
Officers uncovered a large cannabis grow operation and seized a stash of Class B drugs worth an eye-watering £500,000 on the streets.
Men Arrested & Held for Questioning
Several men were arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis. They remain in custody as cops dig deeper into their roles and hunt for any other suspects linked to the haul.
Chief Inspector Urges Public to Speak Up
“We work tirelessly to reduce harm in our local communities and would ask anyone with information or concerns to make the right call and report it to us,” said District Commander Chief Inspector Jon Carter.
