Manhunt Underway After Brutal Twin Attacks in Maidstone

Police are hunting a brutal thug following two savage assaults in Maidstone’s Week Street.

Violent Attacks in Broad Daylight

At 6pm on Thursday 20 April, officers rushed to the scene after reports that a man had kicked another while he lay helpless on the floor.

As cops attended, they were alerted to a second shocking assault nearby. The same attacker allegedly punched a man repeatedly in the head until he lost consciousness — then kicked him mercilessly while he was down.

Suspect Description & Appeal

A 22-year-old was arrested but later released.

Now police want to speak to a white man, slim build, early 20s. He wore dark jogging bottoms and a dark coat with a fur-trimmed hood pulled up during the assaults.
