Drug Dealer Busted Twice in Fenton and Locked Up for More Than Two Years
Wayne Forrester, 57, from Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, has been slammed with a two years and three months jail sentence after police caught him dealing heroin and monkey dust. The Crown Court handed down the sentence on Friday 3 November following his guilty plea to multiple drug offences.
Caught Twice With Cash, Heroin and Monkey Dust
Officers stopped Forrester not once but twice last year in Fenton. In August, they found heroin, class B drugs, over £500 cash, and a mobile phone. The drugs seized were worth up to £1,130. Despite releasing him under investigation, police kept a close eye.
Just a month later, police stopped him again, this time seizing more class B drugs, £575 cash, and another phone. All evidence was seized, strengthening the case against him.
Police Crack Down on Drug Supply in Stoke-on-Trent
PC Lois Connell from the Stoke South policing team said: “We’re pleased we’ve been able to jail another dealer who was intent on distributing harmful drugs within our communities.”
“Officers across the force are committed to proactively targeting drug supply and will continue to act on intelligence leads and reports from the public to bring these people to justice.”
