Teen Thugs Jailed for Dragging PC Andrew Harper to Death in Shocking Berkshire Attack

Three Teens Locked Up for Total of 42 Years

Three cold-hearted teenagers have been slammed with a combined 42 years behind bars for the manslaughter of brave PC Andrew Harper in Sulhamstead, Berkshire.

Henry Long, Albert Bowers, and Jessie Cole showed zero remorse after the horrific incident that shocked the nation back in August 2019.

Drag Death on Dark Country Road

PC Harper tragically lost his life after confronting the trio who were towing a stolen quad bike down a quiet, unlit road.

In a cruel twist, the officer became tangled in a crane strap attached to the bike and was horrifically dragged along a mile-long stretch by Long’s car.

Sentences Handed Down

  • Henry Long, the driver responsible, was locked up for 16 years.
  • Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole each got 13 years and a two-year driving ban.

All three were warned they must serve at least two-thirds of their sentences before they can be considered for release.
