Jennie Logan, 30, an Oxfordshire County Council firefighter, died bravely on duty during a major blaze at Bicester Motion, a former RAF base, on Thursday 15 May. The business centre on Buckingham Road was alight when Jennie rushed in to help.

Jennie’s parents and sister Emilie released a heartfelt statement, saying:

“Jennie was a much loved daughter, sister, and devoted ‘Mum’ to her dog Mouse. It breaks our hearts that we’ll never see her again driving around Bicester collecting her dogs, her second family.”

“At just 30, she built a successful dog business, inspiring us all with her determination.”
