Shoplifting Scoundrel Banned from Whole Borough for Five Years

Connie Parsons, 32, has been hit with a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning her from entering the entire Solihull borough after a string of shoplifting offences.

Solihull Police Crack Down on Persistent Shoplifters

Parsons, a repeat shoplifting offender, was caught stealing from multiple stores across Solihull. Thanks to the grit and determination of the Shirley neighbourhood policing team, a court slapped the ban on Parsons starting 6 October.

“We know the disruption and harm caused by persistent shop thefts to businesses in the Solihull borough,” police said. “Several offenders have recently faced jail for these crimes and for breaching similar orders.”

Tough Penalties for Rule-Breakers

The CBO forbids Parsons from stepping foot anywhere in the borough. If she crosses the line, she faces immediate arrest and potential jail time.

“CBOs allow our officers to impose conditions on the whereabouts of known offenders, including banning them from areas where they commit crimes and anti-social behaviour,” police explained.

This hard-hitting crackdown sends a bold message: target Solihull businesses and the law will catch you out. No ifs, no buts.
