Kent Police made a major haul in Rochester today, recovering four suspected stolen vehicles – all Nissan Navaras – in a swift operation on Monday, 13 April 2026.
Stolen Nissan Navara Sparks Police Action
Just before 1pm, officers were tipped off about a Nissan Navara matching a stolen vehicle reported from Maidstone. They found a Navara parked in a garage off Main Road, Stoke. Although it wasn’t the exact car they sought, checks confirmed it was stolen, and it was promptly seized.
More Stolen Vehicles Found on Farm
The searches didn’t stop there. Police uncovered two more suspected stolen Nissan Navaras stashed away in a farm shed in the nearby Lower Stoke area. The discovery raised suspicions of a bigger vehicle theft ring operating in the region.
Fourth Stolen Navara Caught on the Move
While officers waited for recovery teams, another Navara cruised past. Quick checks flagged it as stolen too, and the vehicle has since been recovered.
Investigation Underway, No Arrests Yet
So far, no arrests have been made. Kent Police have launched a full investigation, with enquiries continuing into how these four Navaras ended up in Rochester.
