Armed Police Nab Revolver and Ammo in North London Stop
Police made a dramatic haul after stopping two vehicles on Blackstock Road, N5, on Tuesday, 14 April. Armed officers seized a revolver and ammunition during the searches.
Three Men Arrested on Firearm Charges
The suspects, aged 17, 19, and 24, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to possess a firearm. They were taken into custody at north London police stations.
Specialist Crime Unit Leads Investigation
Detective Superintendent Neil Ballard said: “I’d like to reassure Londoners that we are continuing to crackdown on organised crime and violent criminals during this pandemic and unprecedented times. This excellent piece of police work has resulted in another dangerous weapon being taken off the streets of London.”
