Mayfair drama as Met cops swoop on private club over spiking scare!
Early Morning Arrest in Swanky Venue
Police rushed to a private members’ club in Mayfair in the early hours of Tuesday, 15 January. Staff had raised the alarm after a female guest was reportedly targeted in an attempted spiking.
Man Held and Charged
Vikas Nath, 61, from Knightsbridge Road, was arrested at the scene. He now faces charges under Section 61 of the Sexual Offences Act, a serious allegation linked to consent offences.
Court Date Set
Nath was remanded in custody and is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court at 2pm on Wednesday, 17 January.
