Massive Drug Haul Sees Man Plead Guilty to £2.3 Million MDMA and Crystal Meth Supply
A man has admitted to importing and supplying Class A and B drugs with a staggering street value of around £2.3 million. This comes after what’s believed to be the biggest seizure of MDMA and crystal meth ever taken from a UK home.
Drug Kingpin Caught at Home with Massive Stash
Patrick Scotland, 28, of Canada Way, W12, faced Isleworth Crown Court on 9 July charged with multiple offences, including:
- Three counts of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (MDMA, LSD, Methylamphetamine)
- Two counts of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs (Ketamine, Cannabis Resin)
- Fraudulent evasion of import prohibitions on Class A drugs
- Possession of a weapon designed for noxious liquid or electrical incapacitation
Scotland pleaded guilty to all charges and is set to be sentenced on 10 July.
Border Force Uncovers Drugs Hidden in Children’s Toys
Border Force officers intercepted suspicious parcels addressed to Scotland. Inside children’s toys, they discovered a brown crystalline substance that tested positive for MDMA, sparking a major investigation.
Stashed Drugs Worth Millions Found During Gas Safety Checks
In February, council workers carrying out routine gas safety checks tipped off police about a large quantity of suspected Class A drugs at Scotland’s home. A raid uncovered:
- Kilos of crystal meth and MDMA
- 185,000 ecstasy pills
- Over 10,000 LSD tabs
- Eight kilos of cannabis resin
- Cocaine and various drug paraphernalia
Police also found more drugs hidden under a sofa and seized a laptop.

Detective Sergeant Kieran Curry said: “This is an excellent example of teamwork cracking down on drug crime, removing a colossal amount of Class A and B drugs from London’s streets.”
“The investigation led by PC Jonathan Halpin built a rock-solid case, forcing Scotland to plead guilty. This sends out a clear message: we have zero tolerance for drug dealers.”
